Improve your chances of getting tickets!

1. Prepare Before Tickets Sales Open
Check the ticketing schedule and information in advance, complete your fan club verification and create your account as early as possible.

Payment Preparation
I recommend preparing credit cards from different brands in advance!
In addition, contact your credit card company beforehand and let them know that you will be purchasing tickets from a Korean website starting at a specific date and time. Ask them to make sure your overseas security settings allow the transaction and to temporarily increase or relax your spending limit if necessary.

Improve Your Ticketing Success
About 30 minutes before ticket sales begin, turn off the device you will use for ticketing. Then, turn it back on about 10 minutes before the start time so you are ready to go. Of course, make sure to close any browsers or apps you will not be using.
If you plan to use Wi-Fi, test your connection speed in advance. If it is not fast or stable enough, consider switching to a faster connection or turning off Wi-Fi and trying with mobile data instead. (Personally, I always do my ticketing without Wi-Fi…!!)

Stay Calm and Persistent
Even if you cannot access the site right away, never press reload. Be patient and wait for the page to change!
If you should be using Melon Ticket, I recommend opening around three tabs and working from them. However, only open as many tabs as you can comfortably manage!
If you should be using Interpark, simply wait without doing anything, as the page should change automatically. You will likely not be able to open multiple tabs.
When booking a Global Package, do not give up! Keep trying for at least 20 minutes—you can get it!
